Acupressure

According to the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), invisible channels of energy (Qi) called meridians flow within the body. At least fourteen meridians are thought to connect the organs with other parts of the body. Acupressure/acupuncture points lie along those meridians. If Qi is blocked at any point on a meridian, it is believed to cause ill health along that channel or in the pertaining organ.

A practitioner applies pressure to specific acupressure points to restore healthy energy flow and balance. The points they choose depends on your symptoms.
